I love the silhouette of the Prada Re-Edition! The Saffiano leather of the re-edition is super durable, and my personal preference over the pebbled leather you see in the Gucci. However pebbled leather is super durable too. The Arque is a smooth leather which may be more sensitive to scratching. I bought the cognac and it’s gorgeous. I did not go to Prada expecting to fall in love with it. The leather feels sumptuous and it‘s leather lined as well.

In Italy there are crescent shaped bags in the windows of every designer store so I think they will be around for a while. I saw the large Arqué in the Prada flagship store in Milan but not in the wild. It’s beautiful though. Enjoy!
